I am a Windows 7 64-bit user and I have a problem with Android Studio after upgrading to the latest version of the Android Studio components and SDK…..
The following SDK components are not installed: sys-img-x86-addon-google_apis-google-22 and addon-google_apis-google-22
Help me solve this problem. Thank you!
How can I solve this problem?
I have the same problem with updating Android Studio from version 1.1 to version 1.2 on Mac OS 10.10. I solved the problem by choosing a custom installation instead of the default. We also need to select the Android SDK platform (Lollipop 5.1).
- Choose a new interface design >> more
- Try canceling component loading by clicking the X button in the upper right corner of page
- A dialog box appears and click OK (wait for
to start for the first time).
I only uninstall android studio (except SDK and emulator) then I only reinstall android studio. It took me 2 minutes and my android studio is working again.
I had the same problem, but I am a Linux user.
I solved the problem by repeating the installation with administrator privileges. (For Linux users reading this: I ran studio.sh with sudo).
Solution no. 5:
I just hit retry and everything is fine! Also works under Win7 64bit.
Solution no. 6:
TRY THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS.
DECISION 1 :
-> Run Android Studio as administrator (this is only necessary at first startup or if there are problems with automatic updates on subsequent boot attempts).
Although it indicates that API 23 or other updates are not installed (and does not display a Retry button), it continues to download and install the remaining updates (you can also see the download progress after displaying the above errors). Do NOT limit the operation.
-> At the end of the installation (after installing the rest of the successful updates), this time a Retry button is displayed to try again to install API 23 or another version that failed before. Then click the Repeat button, this time it works.
This will solve your problem if the installation is successful.
-> Next time, you don’t need to run Android Studio as an administrator unless it automatically updates and has similar issues.
DECISION 2 :
-> Another approach is to install updates first (which failed on a previous attempt) via the Android SDK manager, and then run Android Studio later (which does not require checking for updates or additional installations).
To install features or updates, run Android SDK Manager as administrator (you don’t need to be an administrator for this, but you should prefer it to avoid permissions issues) and check the required options and proceed with the installation without any issues.
DECISION 3 :
-> If your problem is still not solved, try using a proxy server as suggested by others, or check your internet connection to see if it is working properly or not.
* One of the above solutions should solve your problems.
Solution no. 7:
Go to c->User>[your user account]-> uninstall android 1.2 and restart android studio
. When prompted to import, select the first radio button, which is the parameter imported from the previous configuration file.
just like that.
Solution no. 8:
I am using Windows 7 Professional and I had the same problem @Bayu Mohammad Lufty did not work for me.
I just deleted .AndroidStudio1.2 from C:UsersUserName and restarted Android Studio.
It opens Android Studio perfectly!
The next time he turned it back on.
Solution no. 9:
I am a macOS user.
I solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling Android Studio.
If you want to try this link, it helped me a lot.
Remove Android Studio MacOS (Terminal)
Solution no. 10:
When installing Android Studio, under Install, don’t use the default settings, use the custom settings and set all the options in the next step.
